Broccoli And Cheese Casserole

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
2 cups minute rice
1 16 ounce jar cheese whiz
2 12 ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion -- chopped fine
1 stick butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sautee onion in butter til
tender. Add chopped Broccoli, heat til thawed.
Add soup and cheese whiz. Heat over low heat til cheese
melts. Stir in rice, mix well. Place in a 9X13
baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

2 pounds package broccoli -- frozen/chopped
1 stick butter
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 can mushroom pieces -- drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large jar cheese whiz
2 cups minute rice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter with onion. Add chopped
broccoli and drained mushrooms.
Heat until thawed. Add soup and cheese whiz. Heat over low temperature
and stir until cheese melts.
Add rice. Pour into casserole dish. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Broccoli Salad

1 bunch Broccoli -- cut into bite-sized pieces
2 slices bacon -- fried/crumbled
2 medium onions -- chopped (may use 1 purple instead for color)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar -- (I use 1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. Fry and crumble bacon. Mix
mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar. Sitr with
other ingredients. Chill & serve

1 box powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter, creamy
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick oleo -- softened
1/2 bar paraffin wax -- melted in double boiler
1 12 ounce bag chocolate chips
waxed paper
Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, salt and oleo. Form into
balls, the size of walnuts, place
close to one another on a cookie sheet and refrig. for 1/2 hour.
Dip each in 1/2 bar paraphine melted in double boiler, low heat & add
1 - 12 oz. choc. chips.
Put dipped candy on waxed paper.
Cabbage Rolls

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup minute rice
1 large onion -- chopped
1 medium green peppers -- chopped
2 eggs
cabbage
tomatoes
tomato sauce
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together ground beef, onion, rice, green
peppers, eggs, salt and
pepper. Roll into little balls. Wrap blanched cabbage around meat balls.
Hold together with toothpicks.
Put into baking dish. Spread tomatoes and tomatoe sauce over top. Cover
and bake for 1 hour.
Same recipe can be used for stuffed peppers.
Cauliflower Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
1 head lettuce -- shredded
2 cups cauliflower -- florets
3 eggs, hard-boiled -- diced
5 strips bacon -- fried,crumbled
8 ounces cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 small vandalia onion -- sliced
1 cup miracle Whip(r)
1/2 cup sugar
In a 9 X 13 pan layer shredded lettuce, cauliflower florets, diced
hard boiled eggs, crumbled bacon,
cheddar cheese, and onion slices. Set aside. In a mixing bowl combine
Miracle Whip and sugar.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour. About 30 minutes before serving take
dressing out of refrigerator and let
set. Pour over salad when ready to eat.
VERY GOOD!!!
Champaigne Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple -- drained
1 10 ounce package strawberries, frozen
2 banana -- sliced
1/2 cup pecans -- (optional)
1 large container cool whip
Mix (drained) pineapple, strawberries (with juice), bananas, pecans
(optional), cool whip. In separate
container cream together sugar and cream cheese. Combine fruit
mixture and cream cheese mixture.
Pour into a 9 X 13 cake pan and freeze. Remove from freezer just
before you are ready to serve.
Cheese Ball

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
2 packages cream cheese
6 green onion -- chopped
2 packages buddig beef -- sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Accent(r) seasoning mix
Crackers -- (or bread sticks)
Combine Onions, Cream Cheese, Accent, Garlic Powder, and Worchestershire
Sauce. Set aside 6-7
slices of beef. Chop up the remaining slices of beef and add to cheese
mixture. Shape into a ball. Take
remaining beef slices and wrap around cheese ball. Refrigerate.
Serve with crackers or bread sticks.
Cheesy Dainty Cups

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 pint sour cream
1 package cupcake liners -- small size
1 bag vanilla wafer cookie -- (or butter cookies)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper liners into small cupcake pans. Next
place cookies into
paper liner bottoms. In a bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat well. Pour batter 3/4 full
onto wafer. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Then you
can put into egg
cartons. Top each with 3/4 teaspoon of sour cream and cherry pie filling (at
least one cherry each).
Refrigerate.
Chicken Casserole

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
3 cups cooked chicken -- chopped
1 bag large noodles -- cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 small can evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all above ingredients together and place into a 9 X 13 pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
